What happens once I place an order?
We will receive details of your order and also confirmation that the order has been paid for. Once these have been received we will pick and pack your products and despatch them via Royal Mail or an alternative courier as soon as we can. We aim to send all orders out within 3 days of receipt of payment.
What happens if some of my products are out of stock?
We try to ensure that our website is up to date and that we have your products in stock when you order them. However, if any of your products are out of stock, we will contact you via email as soon as we can and let you know. We will then offer you the opportunity of holding back your order until the other item is available or refunding the out of stock item. If you choose to have your order sent immediately then we will offer to let you know when the product is back in stock so that you can re-order.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, name and address. We will let you know if we have despatched your order and if not, then we can cancel it for you and issue a full refund. If your order has already been despatched, then you will need to return the order to us for a full product refund. We do not refund postage costs and products must be returned in a resalable condition. Please email us to obtain details of how to return items.
Can I add or remove items to an order after I have placed it?
Absolutely. As long as the order has not been despatched, then we can remove and refund individual items if you have changed your mind, or include extra items. Extra items may alter the weight of your parcel which may increase the cost of your postage.
Do your products contain nuts?
We include the ingredients list for each product on our website, please refer to the Ingredients tab on the relevant product page. However, we cannot guarantee that our products have not been in contact with nuts either at the manufacturers or within our shop.
Can I order a product in bulk?
We do offer some products in their wholesale, bulk format on our website already. You will find these under the Gifts menu as Customers often purchase these as birthday or Christmas presents. These items usually come complete in either 1kg, 2kg, or 3kg boxes or plastic jars. However, if you would like to purchase another product in bulk then please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will let you know when we can get hold of it and how much it will be. We do offer discounts on bulk purchases.
Can I order a product that is not on your website?
Absolutely. Please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the product that you want. We have over 15 suppliers and stock only a fraction of their products. So, if you’re looking for silver almonds for a wedding, blue crystals for cake decorating or chocolate coated almonds we can check our suppliers to see if we can place them on a future order for you. Minimum order quantities may apply.
